Man Arrested After Assault Leaves Woman Bloodied, Beaten

A 20-year-old man is in jail after allegedly beating a woman in Kennewick Tuesday.

Police were called to the 300 block of North Fillmore Street, next to Albertson's after getting a report of a woman in the road screaming for help.

Upon arrival they found the victim of an assault. She had been beaten and her face was covered in blood. She was taken to TRIOS ER Southridge, suffering serious injuries to her head and face.

The dispute was apparently over a child they share together, the suspect, Marc Cauble, was arrested at the location. He's facing felony assault and court order violations, both considered domestic violence crimes. No update on the condition of the victim.
