Man Fatally Struck By Cars After Falling off Court St. Overpass

Pasco Police and Washington State Patrol Troopers say the man died after falling off the Court Street Overpass, then was hit by two cars.

The Northbound lanes of Highway 395 at the Court Street Overpass were blocked off for hours Sunday afternoon while officers investigated. They say 52-year-old Timothy Mayberry was on the overpass when he "fell" onto the lanes below. He was then reportedly struck by two passing cars on Highway 395 and killed.

No other conclusive information has been released at this time, the investigation continues. Officials have not said if any alcohol or drugs were involved in the tragedy.
