Your Tri-City Americans are celebrating their 25th year of hockey in the Mid-Columbia with some exciting events at upcoming games.

  • November 17th Vs. the Kelowna Rockets is KNDU-TV's Coats For Kids Night. This annual event supports the Salvation Army in making sure every child has a warm winter coat this season.
  • November 23rd Vs. the Spokane Chiefs is Go Purple On Black Friday Night. This event gives you a great chance to take a break from the busiest holiday shopping day of the year with some rivalry hockey, while supporting the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society.
  • December 6th Vs. the Seattle Thunderbirds is Fred Meyer Teddy Bear Toss Night.  One of the most popular games of the year, this is a chance to bring a new or gently-used stuffed animal to the game. When the Americans score their first goal toss it on the ice! The stuffed animals go to a variety of charities throughout the Mid-Columbia. It's fun to watch thousands of stuffed animals cascading down from all corners of the Toyota Center!
