Motorcycle Rider Captures Hit-And-Run Footage on Go-Pro Camera

Kennewick police are looking for the driver who pulled out in front of a motorcycle rider near the corner of Clearwater and Edison Streets, causing an accident.

Fortunately, the rider escaped serious injury in the Wednesday afternoon accident, but remarkably, captured some footage of the wreck on their Go-Pro camera attached to their helmet.

Police say the driver of the car pulled out in front of the rider, who had the right-of-way. These images were captured just prior to the impact. The rider was not able to stop in time, and hit the car.

After the cycle was knocked over from the impact, the car fled the scene. Police are asking anyone with any information to report it to Tri-City Crime Stoppers at (509)-586-TIPS. All leads are anonymous.
