All 30 NBA owners will be set to vote on whether the Sacramento Kings should relocate to Seattle.

The NBA Relocation Committee voted last week to unanimously reject the proposal to move the franchise north. However, the Finance Committee did not issue a statement about the sale of the Kings to Chris Hansen, the leader of the finance group trying to land the team.

The sale needs 23 owners to approve. Moving the team only requires 16 owners to vote yes. Despite a solid counter-offer from the City of Sacramento, Hansen indicates he still plans to buy the team. The vote will take place in Dallas.

Hansen has already put down money toward the purchase of the team and some reports indicate the Maloof family, which owns the Kings, have accepted. However, nothing has been publicly declared as legally binding.
