New Kennewick Mexican Restaurant Opens in June on Zintel Way

Another new restaurant is opening this June is south Kennewick on Zintel Way called Cozumel Mexican Cuisine.

The Cozumel will be ran by Javier Valdez, his mother Lupe, and his brother Miguel.

They ran several Mexican restaurants near Charleston, West Virginia and have been looking to open one since moving here three years ago, according to reports.

The new 2,200-square-foot restaurant will feature unique signature dishes like pineapple carnitas, Nachos Javier and Enchiladas Zuisas.
