Kennewick police apprehended what turned out to be a wanted suspect Thursday afternoon, after he was menacing customers and raising a ruckus in the Starbucks at 395 and Clearwater.

Police arrived and found 33-year-old Matthew Rhoades, was said to be in an 'agitated state.'  He was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and the knife seen on the police car was taken from him. It was clearly visible to customers as he was causing panic.
