Oregon Officials Investigate Serious Rollover Crash Near Stanfield
Three people were injured, one seriously, in a one vehicle rollover crash Thursday.
Just after 3pm, a Ford F-150 was Northbound on Highway 207 hear Stanfield when it left the road as it was rounding a left curve. The truck sped off the road and rolled at least twice before coming to a stop on it's side.
The driver, 39-year-old Tulio Umana Careres, and two passengers, 15-year-old Alberto Umana, and 62-year-old Eduardo Umana, were all injured. Alberto Umana was later airlifted to Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland in critical condition. The other passengers injuries were not life-threatening.
Troopers say two motorists saw the accident and stopped at the scene, one of whom was a nurse and performed CPR on the 15-year-old.
Oregon State patrol officials say driver fatigue was a possible factor in the crash.
