
Peeping Tom Arrested At Tri-Cities Halloween Store
Richland police arrested a man suspected of peering into the dressing rooms at a local Halloween store in Richland.
Richland Police circulated a picture of an alleged peeping tom and finally arrested Mathew Fluaitte of Richland on charges of suspicion of first-degree voyeurism.
He has since been released on a $20,000 bond.
Fluaitte is suspected of peeping into dressing room's at The Halloween Store in Richland on Saturday afternoon.
A circulation of his photo through social media lead to his arrest.
