There are lots of reasons for tooth decay...too many sweets, don't brush often enough, never floss, meth-head. But what about genetics? Can tooth decay and rotting teeth be something you inherited from your parents or grandparents? A PNNL scientist thinks so. It has to do with poor tooth enamel.
