The two GOP House Reps and State Senator from the 9th District held serve in the August 4 Primary.

Senator Mark Schoesler (Ritzville-one of the most powerful in state) won over Democrat challenger Jenn Goulet by a margin of about 67 to 32 percent, while House Reps Mary Dye in Position 1 and Joe Schmick in Position 2 also won big.

Dye's margin over Libertarian Brett Borden was 77-21 percent, while Schmick did not face a formal party challenger, only write ins.  His margin was about 94 to 5 percent.

They will all move on to November.
