I bet there will be a LOT of 'driving too fast for conditions' citations issued after Monday morning's icy commute.

Benton County Sheriff's didn't say where this crash occurred, but by a miracle, there were no injuries to the driver! They did say however, the accident was caused by the operator not taking the time to drive slower. The crash was caused by excessive speed and hitting ice early Monday morning.

All too often, drivers assume the roads are not that slick, and don't slow down. Allow yourself more time to get where you're going when you look out the window and see that it's snowed, or roads look icy. The car totaled, the driver completely unscathed.
