Richland Cops Seeking Lurking, Vandalism Suspect [VIDEO]

Richland police are seeking information from the public about this "malicious mischief" suspect, who reportedly returned to the same location several times on or around July 13.  It appears to be a carwash type facility, it's at the Liberty Car Wash, 418 Riverstone Drive.

Police did not elaborate on what the suspect did, but in several visits he presumably did enough 'mischief' to generate a probably arrest warrant. They say a variety of surveillance videos show the suspect was there during the day (this one) and at night.
