Richland Porch Pirate Sought, Swipes After Knocking [VIDEO]

Richland Police didn't give a date, time or location, but this was posted and released by them Sunday. 12-6

This woman is being sought after taking a package of somebody's porch, the porch pirate knocks first, then grabs it and leaves.

She tried to conceal her identity with a hood, but the early part of the video still captures a bit of her facial view. Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
