looking for a fun family experience this weekend? Don't miss out on the final Richland Carpool Cinema this Friday and Saturday. Enjoy the big-screen experience from your vehicle and the cool thing is that Saturday's matinee is FREE!

It's the last weekend for the Tri-Cities Carpool Cinema. The movies will be held in the parking lot of Columbia Point Marina Park on Friday and Saturday, September 11 and 12.

The City of Richland released these details on the events on Friday and Saturday:

Bring your family out to an old-fashioned movie experience with movies on an 11’ by 19’ LED board with the audio sent directly to your vehicle via a radio transmitter.

Both Friday and Saturday night movies begin at 8:30 p.m. and cost $15 per vehicle.

The Saturday morning matinee begins at 9:00 a.m. and is now FREE, but you must reserve your space online as soon as possible.

All who already purchased matinee tickets will be contacted for a reimbursement. All movies include one large bag of prepackaged popcorn per vehicle.  The name on your ticket must match an occupant of the car.

Please bring identification for check-in for ease of entry.  Parking for the movie begins 1 hour prior to showtime.

Tickets for all showings and additional details are available at www.richlandparksandrec.com.

it's a great way to wrap up summer and get the family and kids out of the house doing something fun!
