According to reports, Kennewick Police received a call from Beyond the Rainbow Child Care Saturday morning saying that a door had been kicked in.

When officers arrived at the location at 1720 West 4th Avenue, they found Robert Stickley inside.

Stickley, reportedly would NOT exit the daycare center when ordered to do so, and instead, made a snack.

As officers advised that they would get a K-9 to search, Stickley surrendered and came out of the building.
