Selah Man Must Pay $40k for Ruining Piano Lessons

If you're gonna be a nerve-wracker, it may cost you. A Selah man has been ordered to pay $40,000 to his neighbor for remotely revving the engine and setting off the alarm on his diesel F-250 every time she had a student over for piano lessons. He appealed but the court just upheld the ruling and basically says that he did indeed cause $40k worth of emotional distress to his neighbor.
