Monday morning, Adams County Sheriff Dale Wagoner updated a weekend shooting report.

Sunday evening man found shot near railroad tracks in Othello

Around 8:20 PM a report came in about a shooting near the Edson area by the railroad tracks east of town, on Charla Road.

Upon arrival, a man was found on the ground with at least one gunshot wound. He was treated and taken to an Othello Community Hospital, then airlifted to Spokane.

His condition has not been updated, but now authorities have released information about a suspect. According to the Adams County Sheriff's Office, the suspect is Arturo Pineda-Feliciano, 16, and is a known gang member:

"Arturo lives in Othello and is known to frequent the Toppenish area. Arturo is a member of the ESL gang in Othello. His gang moniker is, Suspect."
