Shots Fired, Shell Casings Found Near Popular Kennewick Bar

Around 1:20am Friday morning, Kennewick police responded to the parking lot and area surrounding The Pub on West Clearwater, after reports came in about gunfire.

People who called 911 said they heard at least four shots, and witnesses said they saw two Hispanic males running from the area almost immediately after the shots were heard. According to online information about the bar, it is open til 2am weekdays, it was apparently still open at the time of the incident. No word if the reports of the shooting came from bar patrons.

It is not known if they were part of the incident. Police did find one shell casing in the area, but didn't say what type of gun it came from. The subjects were not located. As the investigation continues, anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
