Some Dope Leaves Dope by ‘No Dope’ Sign in West Richland

Judging from their condition, it's pretty obvious somebody put them there. But the question now becomes, where did THEY get them?

Obviously the work of somebody who favors and likely uses recreational pot. West Richland police found these sitting by the sign, which is located at the intersection of Keene and Kennedy Roads, on Monday.

The plants were taken and slated for destruction, according to police. A total of ten plants were found and taken away.

We're thinking somebody was too stupid to realize 'oh, I just gave away all my grow,'  or else they came perhaps from a legitimate licensed grower who's upset over the opposition to the proposed pot store in town.
