The student was located, and described as a person of interest by police. Another 17-year-old is already in custody in the death of 20-year-old Andrea Nunez.
She was found lying in the road near 7th and Gum suffering from a gunshot wound around 4am. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are still looking for 22-year-old Ezekiel Sanchez of Kennewick. Police say the shooting was gang related.
The teen who was arrested at SHS is facing 2nd Degree Murder charges. One of the persons arrested, according to reports, is Adrian Mendoza.
