A car stolen early Thursday morning out of Prosser ended up at the bottom of a steep ravine off a county road after a wild chase.

Around 5:30AM Deputies were alerted by Prosser Police about a car theft in town, and were in pursuit. Deputies joined in as the car was spotted heading east on I-82. At one point after leaving the highway, the driver backed up into one of the patrol cars, then sped off.

The chase continued via canal and county roads, until the suspect apparently lost control and plunged down a 150 foot ravine, crashing at the bottom. 32-year-old Bobby Ozuna, the suspect, is now facing Auto Theft and Eluding charges (felony) and yes, he was driving on a suspended license.

Going to take a while to get that car out, it's down pretty far.
