Suspect Busted for Tagging Buildings in Broad Daylight

Wednesday midday, Kennewick police apprehended an 18-year-old who was seen acting suspiciously near Carmichael Drive and South Garfield.

Turns out he was tagging some buildings on KSD school property, and was arrested. The suspect, 18-year-old Jacob Arceo, had 3 outstanding warrants out of Franklin County, and is now lodged in the county jail.

Police say this area is a frequented by 'street artists' who feel the need to express themselves on buildings. A lot of it is gang related.
