In a rather ironic and unusual incident a 70-year-old Kennewick man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly plowed his Ford Crown Vic through a set of mailboxes.

Police were called to the 200 Block of North Kellogg, and found this car sitting there, having taken out the boxes.

Officers say the driver,  Ray Findley St Clair, was found to be "driving under the influence" and taken to the Benton County jail.

Ironic the car he was driving was used years ago by hundreds of Police departments across the country.

No official word if he got it from an auction, but it made us think. The police spotlight is not present on the left front though.
