barbeque

Should you clean the grill after every use, end of season, or never?

Some people don't clean it between uses, they say the heat and flames do that. Plus it adds flavor. Other people like squeaky clean steel-iron platforms before they sizzle.

The incident is still under investigation, but an apparently Sunday barbeque led to a house fire in a trailer park in Pasco. Authorities now say a man has been flown to Harborview Medical Center for burns.

As Memorial Day opens the gate to summer, we all begin to plan our outdoor activities. Most of us will find a reason to get outside for the long weekend and enjoy food, friends, family and some delicious beverages. And really, it wouldn’t be a summer holiday without some grilling.

Townsquare Media and SonShine Collision Services are teaming up to give you a chance to win a Traeger Junior Grill at the Benton Franklin Fair.   Just stop by our booth and sign up!

Memorial Day is known as the unofficial start of grilling season. So does that mean you will be firing up your barbecue come May 28?
