The fire is now at 14% containment. On Friday containment was at 10%.

Officials with the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest say the fire grew from 84,509 acres Thursday to 85,639 acres Today.

Fire officials say winds over the weekend fueled the fire and pushed it in a northeast direction toward Highway 410 and west toward Bumping River Road.

Sunday night, a level 3 (emergency) evacuation order was issued for the Upper Goose Lake Recreation area, which is about 15 miles Northwest of Othello.
