WA Secretary Of State Says 21,000 Ballots NOT Mailed Out-Did You Get yours?
Did you get your ballot in the mail?....or not? The Office Of the Secretary Of State for WA says as many as 21,000 ballots were not mailed out to registered voters for this year's November election, and they are pointing the finger at the Department Of Licensing...but DOL says, it's State's fault.
