Thief Steals Handicapped Person’s BMW, Then Parks It At Courthouse!

Not only is the person rather callous, but not that smart either.

Kennewick police safely recovered a stolen BMW, after it was actually found parked in a handicapped stall at the Benton County Justice Center.

More amazingly, according to police, the 21-year-old thief was "arrested from the vehicle", whatever that means.
