A crazy storm struck the Oregon Coast yesterday when a water spout formed near Depot Bay and later made landfall as a tornado at Manzanita Beach

The national weather center a tornado warning to residents of the coastal town of Manzanita. There were reports of property damage in the area. The weather service declared the tornado to be a EF-0 meaning the lowest strength on the tornado rating system. Check out the video below!
