Tri-Cities Turkey Trot 2017 Was Huge!

The rain stopped and the sun peeked out as Turkey Trot 2017 got underway in Columbia Park! A southerly breeze warmed things up to almost 60 degrees as 5k runners and 1-mile walkers raised money for the Red Cross.

Did you know that the first local Red Cross Chapter opened up 100 years ago in Pasco?

Special thanks to Turkey Trot presenting sponsor Gesa Credit Union. The folks at Shari's in Kennewick donated the coffee, the local apples were from Douglas Fruit, the water was from our local Coca-Cola distributor and the portable toilets were thanks to Waste Management.
