US Marshals And KPD Apprehend Wanted Kennewick Multiple Robbery Suspect
A Kennewick man is behind bars after a US Marshals Task Force arrested him.
Badziong Had Been On The Run For Several Months
Kennewick Police are reporting that a man who was responsible for several robberies is now behind bars after a short foot race near Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick.

On 1-24-2022, the US Marshals Task Force in partnership with Kennewick PD Detectives located Andrew Badziong in the 5100 block of W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick, WA. Andrew fled on foot but was taken into custody without incident after a short foot pursuit. Andrew has been booked into the Benton County Jail for
four counts of Robbery 1st Degree.
The initial police report according to the Kennewick Police Department:
During the months of October & December 2021, 3 Kennewick convenience stores and 1 Kennewick coffee stand were robbed at knifepoint. The investigation has led to probable cause for the arrest of 30-year-old Andrew Badziong.
On 1-5-2022 at approximately 1500 hours, Detectives with the Kennewick Police Department had information Badziong was located in an apartment in the 5000 block of W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick.
The apartment was contained and a search revealed Badziong was not in the apartment. Badziong is wanted for four counts of Robbery 1st Degree. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Badziong is now in custody but Kennewick Police are asking that if anyone has any more information concerning these robberies to contact the Kennewick Police Department.
