WA One of Only 3 States Still Banning Indoor Dining

According to data released by the Washington State Senate Republican Caucus, WA is one of only 3 states (as of Thursday) where indoor dining is not allowed.

CA has been banned, but Gov. Newsome reportedly lifting their lockdown in some areas. Michigan is also outdoor dining only, and Arizona reportedly lifting it's restrictions.

According to the data (which we cross referenced with research, at least 20 states have some sort of unrestricted indoor dining.  Either at the state or multiple county levels, 20 states are operating at 100% normal capacity. Another 19 states are between 50 and 75 percent. 8 are at 25 percent.
