Walmart Thief Boldly, Casually, Strides Out of Store

Richland police are looking for this guy, who allegedly strolled right out of Walmart 2 days ago, with a cart loaded with stuff.  It's estimated several hundred dollars worth at least.

He doesn't really look like the typical retail thief, but his cart sure was loaded. Anyone with any information on this Mr. Magoo lookalike is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
