Wanted DOC Suspect Probably Easy to ID from Mugshot

As part of their Wanted Wednesday program, Richland Police have released this image, as they are searching for this guy.

54-year-old Ronald S. Law is wanted by the Department of Corrections for alleged Failure To Comply (probably a violation of release of some sort).

Not only did he fail to comply with DOC, it appears he failed to comply in taking a normal mugshot. One would think officials would require suspects to assume a reasonably 'normal' expression. A scrunched or unusual expression can sometimes alter how a person looks quite a bit.
