Wanted Shooting Suspect Busted in Traffic Stop
A Thursday afternoon traffic stop led to the apprehension of a man who's accused of shooting another in the leg back in October.
This image from the earlier incident in October. A Pasco Street Crimes Unit pulled over a car driven by Thomas Rosales, who tried to flee but was run down and arrested after a short chase.
Rosales was the primary suspect in the shooting of 34-year-old Casey Beckman, who was hit in the leg Oct 23. The shooting occurred in the 400 block of South Grant in Kennewick. Officials say Beckman had confronted Rosales in his front yard for an unnamed reason, and Rosales opened fire. Beckman was taken to the hospital but not seriously hurt.
Rosales was already wanted on multiple warrants, plus the shooting, and the traffic stop.
