Was Franklin County Arson Attempt to Cover up Drug Operation?

Franklin County Detectives now say a trailer fire last weekend was arson, possibly related to drug activity?

Deputies responded to the fire at a residence in the 5000 block of Janet Road, just over 2 miles northwest of the Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco. They found an RV motorhome fully engulfed in flames.

During the investigation it was determined not only were there drugs/narcotics on the property, but the person who lived in the RV had set it on fire. One man is in jail for arson, and a second male suspect was located and arrested for possession for 91 grams of meth, several pounds of marijuana and 3 firearms.

The investigation continues.
