Who is This Kennewick Car Prowler on Ring Video?

Bad guys just don't get it. Security cams used to be only for the wealthy. But now, just about everybody can afford one and just about everybody has one. In fact, Ring is coming out with a new 'stick up' camera that can be hard wired, battery powered or solar powered later this month for around $149 for the solar version and cheaper for the hard-wired or battery models. You can order it now on Amazon and it will be shipped on the release date of Oct. 23.
