Woman Calls Police on Way Home, Earns Self DUI

A Kennewick woman was driving home last Saturday and was suspicious of a car that had been tailing her for the past 10 minutes.

Like any concerned citizen would, she called the police and arranged to meet them in a close by parking lot. After she got there, she nearly hit a patrol car, causing a little suspicion among the police officers.

After very brief interrogation, they realized that the Kennewick woman had been drinking and the second car was just a friend following behind to make sure she got home safe.

Only the woman who called was arrested.
