Pasco Police are asking anyone who lives near Road 76 and Quadra Drive to check their video doorbell footage, in an effort to catch an alleged armed would-be robber.

Last Wednesday, March 18, two young men were walking in the neighborhood, working as Mormon Missionaries around 8PM. The men said a pickup drove up alongside them, and the lone man inside, the driver, pointed a black pistol at them.

He asked if they had any money, and they said no. As the driver turned his truck around in an obvious attempt to get closer to them (driver's side) they two fled. Initially the truck tried to follow them as they ran North on Road 76, but then it turned West onto Wrigley drive and left the area.

The area is across from the Pasco Walmart. The truck was described as a newer red four-door model, possibly a Toyota Tundra. The driver was described as white, in his 30's, with a patchy beard, wearing a dark colored snap back hat, hoodie and had a raspy voice.

Besides checking video doorbell footage, anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
