WTF?! Naked Man Masturbating in College Women’s Restroom

If I were a college student, this would be absolutely terrifying. 

A naked man is sitting cross legged on an empty beach and meditating.

Spokane police have arrested a 27 year-old man for allegedly masturbating naked in a college women's bathroom. He was found laying on couch cushions in an unlocked bathroom stall. The worst part? He's a REPEAT offender! Ugh.

He's being held on $30,000 bail. Hopefully this time he learns.

When you consider the Spokane Spanker made national news last week, this has got to be a major headache for Spokane authorities.
