Three bars in Lewiston, Idaho will lose their liquor license for two weeks (the death penalty for bars) and face a $10,000 fine for what the Idaho Liquor Control Board is calling "activities that are prohibited at establishments licensed to sell beer, wine or alcohol."

According to the Lewiston Tribune, Idaho liquor undercover officers attended an event at a bar called the Third Wheel. The establishment was presenting a recent event called "Ultimate Males Las Vegas-Style Strip Show."

The officers witnessed and documented performers performing numerous simulated sex acts, and nudity violations, which are prohibited in bars selling alcohol.

The Idaho Alcohol Beverage Control Board hit the bar hard, penalizing the parent company, Weber Inc., that not only owns the Third Wheel, but also Lewiston bars Alibi and the Sports Edition.

Each of the bars will face the 15-day suspension, and the one $10,000 fine. The suspensions and loss of license will take place between June 28th and July 13th.  In what was probably the understatement of the year, business owner Theresa Clark said her business has been hit hard.  But probably no "harder" than the male performers who violated numerous Idaho liquor control board codes!
