To meet the needs, apparently, of the flood of illegals that have poured over the border in the last six months, the Department of Homeland Security is looking for undies.

According to the New York Post, and Alex Jones Infowars Website, DHS has published bids, seeking a company that can provide (quickly) over 100,000 pairs of various types of underwear - including sports bras - for the illegals who are currently in processing or so-called detention centers along the border and other locations.  No mention was made of what this will cost taxpayers.

However, at the same time,  DHS has been removing hundreds of M-4 carbine rifles from Customs and Border Protection agents, claiming the rifles need refurbishing.    While they claim to have promised to have them fixed and returned,  field agents report it's been slow to non-existent.

Critics, including numerous agents who have spoken off the record to KRGV-TV in Tucson, AZ,  this move has essentially stripped a big part of the the firepower they need to combat drug dealers and other dangerous, armed individuals and groups who come across the border almost daily.

They cannot share the rifles between agents, because they are sighted for each individual agent.   Each agent fine-tunes the sights and features of the gun so it will work properly and accurately in the field.  So now, hundreds of agents don't have a rifle - just handguns.

But you can be sure DHS will make sure the illegals have plenty of skivvies in quick time...
