After pleading guilty for his role in a child pornography scheme, former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle has received his sentence.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton gave Fogle a 15-year, 8-month sentence in court in Indianapolis. Fogle plead guilty to having sex with underage prostitutes and child pornography.

He had agreed to a plea deal in August after his home was raided in July. A former manager of a charitable foundation he was involved in was also involved in the ring, in fact it was an investigation of the manager that led authorities to Fogle.

Prosecutors had only asked for 12 years, the defense five on the sentence. He was quickly dropped by Subway after the allegations surfaced.
