Investigation Continues into Fatal Moses Lake Shooting – Witnesses Say It’s a Drive-By

Details are still few and far between.

Grant County authorities continue to investigate a fatal shooting that occurred Friday evening.

Moses Lake police say one person died in the incident which reportedly occurred near the intersection of Valley and Paxon streets.   According to KXLY-TV Spokane, the shooting happened around 5pm.

Witnesses said occupants of a vehicle driving by allegedly shot the driver of a another passing vehicle.  That car veered off the road, and struck a nearby house.  Witnesses said the driver of that second car was dead behind the wheel.

Authorities would not confirm the eyewitness reports, but area neighbors are calling it a drive-by shooting.
