Rathdrum, Idaho officials and Kootenai County sheriff's say a 13 and 14-year-old students are in the Kootenai County juvenile center after finding out the two had brought 'hit lists' to school with them.

Officials say the students apparently were not working together, but each brought their own list to Lakeland Junior High in this small North Idaho town of about 4,000 people located between Spokane and Post Falls, Idaho.

The two were taken to the center Wednesday after the lists were discovered, school officials had called the Sheriff after the lists were found.They didn't say how they found out.

School officials said no students were directly threatened by the two, they are facing charges of threatening violence on school property.
