President Obama was caught on tape telling the Russian President the other day “after my election…” in reference to being ‘flexible’ on European missle defenses.  He’s been hammered by critics and the GOP candidates.  How did he personally handle it?

Most are seeing it as just another example of his arrogance, and self-assured air about the upcoming election.   Instead of a sincere apology, or explanation,  he joked about it.  In fact, as you watch his response, he does nothing to address the fact that he told the Russian leaders, in essence, that he IS going to be in office, that the election is but a formality.  He joked about it at the South Korean weapons conference.
