North Idaho Residents, Sheriff’s Deputies Stand Up to Veteran’s Possible Gun Confiscation

When John Arnold, a veteran who lives in Priest Lake Idaho, suffered a stroke a while back, he received a letter from the Veterans Administration saying he was found mentally incompetent to keep his gun collection! It's part of the controversial Brady Act, which reportedly flags federal officials if a person is found to be "incompetent" to own a firearm.

Death With Dignity In WA Sees Slight Increase in 2014

In 2009 Washington voters approved what was called the "Death with Dignity" initiative, legalizing physician- assisted suicide in Washington state. Since then a total of 726 adults have chosen to end their lives with a physician-prescribed dose of lethal medication. The 2014 numbers show a slight increase over 2013.

More and more we are seeing vehicles on the road that are referred to as "connected," or having direct internet and other digital access.  Whether it's built-in wifi, or other internet features to assist the GPS, performance and other features, the fear of getting hacked as grown considerably.  Especially after recently, two computer experts were able to "take control" of a Jeep Cherokee while their test driver was speeding down the road at 70 miles per hour!
