According to the state election website, so far Initiative 1183, which would essentially privatize the liquor industry, and do away with liquor stores, is passing by just under a 60 percent margin.    Initiative 1163, the long term and health care workers plan that would set up new screening and other guidelines, is passing by a 66 percent margin.   That one is surprising since despite the state's economic downturn, and a billion dollar budget shortfall, it will cost taxpayers 80 million dollars plus.  But it is rolling along.
