You may recall the shocking hit-and-run near Moses Lake a couple of days ago when a man riding his horse in the dark on Frontage Road was struck by a car driving recklessly, which then fled the scene.

Washington State Patrol has arrested Eduardo Lopez, 22 of Pasco Washington. He has been booked into the Franklin County Jail on multiple felony charges including suspicion of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and hit and run.
