This coming Saturday, December 8th, is the Tri-City Americans annual Fred Meyer Teddy Bear Toss Game at Toyota Center. The Americans will be taking on Lethbridge, and fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal to the game. Back on March 3rd, the Americans, by popular demand, held their 2nd Annual Weiner Dog Race on ice. Several dozen folks brought all sorts of short-legged pups to the ice, and after a quick practice run, turned them loose!  Rusty was the repeat champion, he scooted across the frozen pond in record time...

Ben Kilgour, who played in 265 games for Tri-City between 1999 and 2003, scoring 91 goals and 233 points will be coming to the Toyota Center March 17th as the Americans take on Spokane, as part of a special meet and greet event between 5-6pm before the game...
